About V.A.S.
Vascular Access Solutions is a small, woman owned company that was formed in early 2017 by Brittany Blanton, RN, BSN, VA-BC. Our mission is to partner with health care facilities in the greater Chattanooga and North Georgia area to help improve patient outcomes and eliminate challenges related to vascular access for healthcare providers and their patients. We understand how important patient experience is and do everything in our power to make our procedures as smooth and comfortable as possible. We also work very closely with our leadership partners to design the best approach to providing services specific to a facility's individual needs. We provide a cost-effective service utilizing our highly skilled vascular access professionals and adhere to clinical guidelines set forth by the experts at AVA, SHEA, INS, CDC, etc.
Meet our owner, Brittany.
Brittany has been specializing in vascular access for 10 years. She started her career in North Georgia and has since worked in Denver, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. During this time, she became proficient with all ages of patients including infants. She prides herself on her ability to comfort each patient while educating them on the procedure, why it's important, and how it will help them.
Brittany has received many letters of recommendation from former employers, partners, and physicians (see home page for testimonial snippets.). She also received the HealthONE/Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center Gold Star Award in September of 2015 as the PICC team coordinator. She is a North Georgia native, wife and mother of 2 young boys.
